What we checked, and what we got wrong

The AllChinaBuy shipping FAQ explaining first weight unit, over weight parcels and volume weight — The page that produced the first correction below. We had written that an over weight parcel gets split. Their wording says you will not be able to submit it.

Shipping rules, storage windows, restriction lists and support hours all change without announcement. Anywhere this site would have had to state one of those numbers, it links to AllChinaBuy's own page instead. That is deliberate, and it is why this log is short.

Build log: first publication

Everything below happened on the day this guide was written. It is one entry rather than three, because three articles sharing a date is a news feed pretending to have a history.

Fifteen categories checked one at a time

Every category link on this site was opened in a browser, not assumed from a pattern. That mattered: several of them resolve to a nested address rather than the short one, and the short one alone would have looked fine while pointing at an empty shell.

One category dropped rather than linked badly

We had planned sixteen. Home and lifestyle turned out to sit under a path we do not link to, so it came out instead of getting a link we were not happy with. Fifteen is what remains.

Corrected what we had written about over weight parcels

The first draft said an over weight parcel gets split automatically. It does not. AllChinaBuy states that you will not be able to submit it and that you need to remove items and submit again. The ordering page now matches their wording.

What gets rechecked, and how often

Every outbound link, each time we touch a page. A link that stops answering is the fastest way for a guide like this to become useless. All of them were requested and confirmed on 20 August 2026.

Anything about restrictions or weight limits, before we repeat it. In practice this means we do not repeat it. We describe the mechanism and link to their page.

The category list, when the catalogue changes. Fifteen categories point at fifteen pages of W2CSpreadsheet. If one of those moves or empties out, the category comes off this site rather than pointing at nothing.
