Every category below is a real section of the W2CSpreadsheet catalogue with a page you can open. What we have added is the part a browsing catalogue has no reason to tell you: how each one behaves once it shares a box with fourteen other things.
Size, colour option and quantity. Those are the fields that travel from the listing to the order, and the fields you retype yourself when AllChinaBuy cannot read a listing automatically. Sneaker listings from different sellers label the same foot differently, and the option you pick is what the buyer orders. When four pairs go into one run, confirm each pair against its own listing rather than against the pair you ordered last week.
The filler that makes a run worth submitting.
A tee is the cheapest thing to add to a list that is already going out, which is why runs grow by tees rather than by jackets. The trap is the option string: three colours and five sizes is fifteen different orders, and the buyer orders exactly the one you pasted.
Light to carry, expensive to fly.
Hoodies weigh little and take a lot of room, which is exactly the case where volumetric weight decides the bill. If your run is mostly hoodies, read the shipping calculator before you decide how many go in one parcel.

Printed jerseys are made after you order, which puts them outside a normal return and adds days to a run that would otherwise be ready. If one line in your list is customised, it decides when the whole parcel can leave.

A cap will not compress, and six of them take the space of a jacket while weighing almost nothing. That is a packing remark rather than an order field, and it belongs in the note you write when you submit the parcel.

Eyewear needs the hard case to survive the trip, and the hard case is what takes the room. Reinforcement is one of the parcel services you can ask for, and asking is part of submitting, not part of ordering.
The item that will not lie flat.
Bags hold their shape, so they set the shortest usable dimension of the box everything else has to fit around. They are also the category people most often want photographed from a specific angle, which is a request the warehouse can only act on if you ask.

Belt sizing is measured end to end and varies between sellers, so the number you wear is not the number you order. They coil flat around the edge of a box and add close to nothing to the freight.
Small enough to forget it is a battery.
Earbuds and portable speakers are easy to add late and easy to overlook when you check a parcel against the restrictions page. Treat them the same way you would treat any other battery in the box.
Liquid, so it plays by its own rules.
AllChinaBuy says plainly that liquids, powders and creams need non hazardous certification for air transport and advises against shipping them in bulk, while a small quantity may be possible on certain routes. Read their wording before you build a run around it.
Small, light, and the reason a form asks for a value.
Jewelry adds almost nothing to weight and quite a lot to what you declare. Declared value is a field you fill when you submit the parcel, so know what is in the box before you get to that screen.
The box is the product, and it must not be crushed.
Designer toys ship in packaging that collectors care about, which makes them the one category where a repack request is the wrong instruction. They are large and light, so volume rather than weight sets what the parcel costs.
Both are cheap to check while an item is still a link and expensive to discover at the submit screen.
