AllChinaBuy Spreadsheet Links

AllChinaBuy Spreadsheet Links

An AllChinaBuy Spreadsheet hands you links. Turning twenty of them into one parcel is the part nobody explains.

Twenty links do not become one order by themselves. This is a guide to the middle stretch: what survives the trip from a saved link to a submitted parcel, what quietly does not, and where in AllChinaBuy each decision actually gets made.

Runs in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, stored or sent anywhere.

Many links, many sellers, one meeting point

A single order is easy to hold in your head. A run of fifteen or twenty is not, and the failure it produces is specific: not a missing parcel, but the wrong size in the right box.

links you saved one parcel
Each seller ships to the warehouse on their own clock. The warehouse is where a run stops being a list of links and becomes something you can send.

Everything on this site follows one thread. You collect links somewhere, you hand them to an agent, the agent buys and holds the goods, and at some point you decide that what has arrived is enough and turn it into a parcel.

Three things change once the count goes up. The option you selected stops being memorable. The arrival times stop being one date. And a single item can quietly decide what the other fourteen are allowed to do.

Walk the full path from links to orders, or start with the attribute check if you have links open right now.

The agent

What AllChinaBuy is

AllChinaBuy is a buying and forwarding agent. You cannot check out on a Chinese marketplace with a foreign card and a foreign address, so somebody in China buys on your behalf, receives the goods, checks them, holds them, and ships the result to you.

AllChinaBuy splits the job into three published stages: selection and purchase, inspection and storage, then international delivery. Illustration from their own site.

The part that matters for a long run is the middle stage. Goods do not leave China the moment they are bought. They land in a warehouse, get inspected and photographed, and wait there until you decide to ship. AllChinaBuy offers a period of free storage and says openly that stocking up and consolidating saves on shipping.

That is why a twenty link run is a normal thing to do rather than a clever trick. The system is built to hold items and let you send them together.

What the AllChinaBuy Spreadsheet is

A browsing site, not a document. You scroll through pages of product cards grouped by category, and each card carries the link you would hand to the agent.

Four cards, close up. This is the unit of the whole catalogue: a picture, a name, a price and a link. Prices are the seller prices on 20 August 2026 and move on their own.

People arrive expecting a file to download. There is no file. The word describes a large, maintained catalogue of individual product cards you look through the way you would look through any shop, except that every card ends in a link meant to be pasted into an agent.

Its usefulness for a long run is boring and real: the finding is already done. You are not searching a Chinese marketplace in a language you do not read, you are picking cards.

Fifteen categories worth thinking about separately

Not because the categories are exotic, but because each one behaves differently when it shares a box with fourteen other things. Weight, shape, batteries and liquids all sit in here somewhere.

How a run of links actually gets ordered

AllChinaBuy publishes the steps. The short version is that you paste or search, you confirm the options, you pay for the goods, and much later you pay to ship them.

Their own summary of the buying leg. Run it fifteen times in parallel and it becomes the reason no two items in your list arrive on the same day.

Nothing in that sequence changes when you have twenty links instead of one. What changes is how much of it you can still verify by eye. Twenty confirmed orders look identical to nineteen confirmed orders and one wrong one.

The two payments are worth knowing about early. Goods and Chinese domestic delivery are paid when you order. International shipping is a deposit paid later, when you pick items out of the warehouse, and the final figure comes from the size and weight the carrier verifies.

Before you order

Pin down three things per link

Size, colour option and quantity. That is the whole check, and it is worth doing because those three are exactly what the hand filled order form asks you to retype when the automatic capture does not work.

AllChinaBuy reads most listings automatically. When it cannot, this form appears and you type the details in yourself. The figures visible here are the operator's own sample values.

This screen is honest about what it is asking for. The problem it creates is quiet: once you submit it, the order says what you typed, and nothing later in the process compares your typing to the page you copied the link from.

Our check tool takes a pasted list and gives you one card per link with those three fields waiting to be filled. It runs entirely in your browser.

The mistakes that only show up in bulk

Ordering one thing badly is a small loss. Ordering fifteen things and getting one of them wrong costs the same money and a great deal more time, because you have to work out which one.

The confirmation step is the last place where a wrong option is still cheap to fix. Amounts shown are the operator's sample values.
  • The option you remember is not always the option you picked.
  • The hand filled form quietly becomes the source of truth.
  • Twenty links are twenty separate domestic shipments, not one.
  • One battery or one bottle can change the routes offered to everything else.

Help

Where to ask, and who to ask

AllChinaBuy runs its own help centre with a search box, service sections and self service tools for tracking, chasing a slow order and checking a balance. Our job is to point you at the right one rather than repeat it.

Support hours and contact addresses are published on AllChinaBuy's own help centre and change from time to time, so we link rather than copy them.

Most multi item problems map onto one of four things: a slow order inside a run, an item that failed inspection, a parcel that will not submit, and a question about what can be shipped at all. Each has a different door.

What we checked, and when

Shipping rules, storage windows and restriction lists change without telling anyone. We keep a short log of what we rechecked so you can judge how stale this page is.

The log is short on purpose. It records what we opened and read, including the two things we got wrong in the first draft and corrected before publishing.
